Pre-order – good to know

What does pre-order mean?
A pre-order means that you order your product before it is in stock. By placing a pre-order, your product is reserved in connection with production.

When will my order be shipped?
Pre-orders are estimated to ship within approximately 8 weeks from the order date .
You will receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.

When is the payment made?
Payment is made in connection with ordering to confirm and reserve your product.

What happens if I order both pre-order and in-stock items?
If your order contains both pre-order products and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped when the pre-order product is ready.
If you want to receive stock items earlier, we recommend that you place separate orders.

Can I change or cancel a pre-order?
If production has not yet started, we can in some cases help adjust your order. Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
Once production has begun, it is no longer possible to make changes.

Can the delivery time be changed?
The delivery time is estimated and may be adjusted in exceptional cases. We will inform you of any changes via email.
