Welcome to COCOMOON SWEDEN AB, corporate registration number 559474-4897. These general terms and conditions govern the use of our website www.cocomoonsweden.com and the purchase of our products. By visiting the website and or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

When we use the words we, us or our in these terms and conditions, we mean COCOMOON SWEDEN AB. When you or your, we mean the user or customer who visits the website or makes a purchase.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, prices and availability. However, COCOMOON SWEDEN AB cannot guarantee that all information is always completely accurate or up-to-date and assumes no liability for any inaccuracies.

Order and payment

To make a purchase on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders from individuals who do not meet the age requirement or who cannot prove their age when required.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself including name, address and payment information. All orders are subject to approval and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders from customers who have unpaid debts, have provided incorrect personal information or otherwise abused our terms of purchase. We also reserve the right to limit the number of products per customer.

Prices are displayed in local currency based on your geographic location and include VAT for customers within the EU. For countries outside the EU, prices are displayed excluding VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Payment is made via the payment methods listed on the website.

Delivery and shipping

We aim to ship orders placed during regular business days Monday through Friday the same or next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on delivery address and other factors beyond our control. COCOMOON SWEDEN AB is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

At checkout, you will be informed of estimated shipping costs and delivery times before completing your purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed via the website.

The risk for the goods passes to the customer when the shipment has been delivered according to the carrier's delivery confirmation. COCOMOON SWEDEN AB is not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is not collected or refused by the customer and is therefore returned to COCOMOON SWEDEN AB, the customer will be charged the actual shipping cost that COCOMOON SWEDEN AB is charged by the carrier for the return shipping, including any handling costs. This cost will be deducted from the refund or invoiced to the customer afterwards and is non-refundable. The customer will normally be informed via email or SMS.

Deliveries within the EU

All orders are shipped from Sweden within the EU, which means that no additional customs fees are added.

Deliveries outside the EU

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and/or local VAT may apply according to the regulations of the recipient country. These fees are paid by the customer. COCOMOON SWEDEN AB is not responsible for customs duties or local taxes for international deliveries.

Returns and right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received. In order for the right of withdrawal to apply, the customer must notify COCOMOON SWEDEN AB within this period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact COCOMOON SWEDEN AB via email to info@cocomoonsweden.com within the cancellation period. The message must include the customer's name, address, order number and information about which product is being returned. The customer can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard cancellation form.

After notification of withdrawal, the product must be returned to COCOMOON SWEDEN AB. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The product must be returned well packaged, in new condition, in original packaging and with the hygiene seal or hygiene strip intact.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been used or handled in a way that impairs its value or hygienic condition. For hygienic reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal or hygiene strip has been broken or removed.

Refunds will only be made when the returned item has been received and checked by COCOMOON SWEDEN AB. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded no later than 14 days after the returned item has been received or after the customer has shown that the item has been sent back.

Complaint

If a product is faulty, the customer has the right to complain about the product in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the time the defect was discovered. Complaints made within two months of discovery are always considered to have been made in a timely manner. The customer has the right to complain about a product for up to three years from receipt.

In the event of an approved complaint, COCOMOON SWEDEN AB is responsible for return shipping and will primarily offer repair or replacement goods. If this is not possible, a refund will be made.

Intellectual property rights

All content on the website including texts, images, logos and design belongs to COCOMOON SWEDEN AB and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The content may not be copied, distributed or used without our express permission.

Integrity

We value your privacy. For information about how we collect, use and protect your personal information, please refer to our privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, COCOMOON SWEDEN AB is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising in connection with the use of the website or the purchase of our products.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law.

Changes to the terms and conditions

We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the website.
